›How do I create my workspace?
Sign up at /auth, then pick a plan on /pricing. After checkout you'll be dropped straight into your MRJP workspace with DNS and SSL provisioned automatically.
›How do I change plans?
From your dashboard, click 'Manage billing' to open the Stripe portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel there.
›What happens if my payment fails?
We keep your workspace active while Stripe retries. After the third failed attempt, the workspace is suspended. You'll receive email notifications at each step.
›Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
›Do you offer refunds?
Contact us at /contact within 7 days of a charge and we'll review it case-by-case.
›How many pages can I build?
Depends on your plan — 10 (Starter), 25 (Growth), 50 (Pro), or unlimited (Unlimited).
›Do I need my own domain?
No — a domain is included, but you can also bring your own.
›How do I contact support?
Use the form at /contact. We reply within 24 hours.
›Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
›Do you offer a free trial?
Not currently — we keep pricing transparent and low. If a plan doesn't fit, contact support.
