Terms of Service

MRJP WebApp provides AI-powered website creation tools, page generation, content tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MRJP WebApp platform and website.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using MRJP WebApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MRJP WebApp.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information and keep that information up to date.
• You may not use the Services on behalf of a third party unless you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and any credentials used to access MRJP WebApp. MRJP WebApp supports Google Sign-In and email/password authentication.

For email/password accounts, we check passwords against known breached credentials using Have I Been Pwned (HIBP). Weak or breached passwords will be rejected. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• MRJP WebApp offers four paid subscription plans: Starter, Growth, Pro, and Unlimited. Plan features and page limits are described on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Taxes, fraud protection, and payment compliance are handled by Stripe’s managed payments infrastructure.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Upgrades and downgrades prorate automatically through the Stripe Customer Portal. Changes take effect according to Stripe’s billing logic.

• You may not upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the platform, scrape content, or misuse the Services in any way.
• You may not use MRJP WebApp to create websites that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

MRJP WebApp may update, modify, or discontinue features or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available without interruption or error.

MRJP WebApp is not liable for downtime, interruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by factors outside of our reasonable control.

• All branding, logos, software, platform content, and materials provided by MRJP WebApp are owned by MRJP WebApp or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using the Services, subject to the license granted to us to operate and improve the platform.

MRJP WebApp may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unpaid invoices.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

MRJP WebApp is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRJP WebApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
